PLASTICS AND RUBBER, in its 49-th year, is the only Hungarian language technical-scientific journal of this field. 1000 copies are issued 12 times a year on 48 pages, with color covers and photos, and abstracts of all papers are available in Hungarian, German as well as English. For decades the aim of this journal has been to publish the most up-to-date international and national findings on technologies of macromolecular material (plastics and rubbers, nowadays composites, as well) processing and application, and the crucial technical and legal aspects of waste management is covered, as well. The journal has laid emphasis on the economic issues of the plastics industry, hence publishes strategies, market analysis and studies concerning this field of industry.
